1 cup coconut water @ 45 cal

1/2 cup water

1/2 of a scoop of Plant Fusion vanilla protein powder 60 cal 10.5g protein

6 ice cubes (This will make it slightly thick and cold)

For a perfect smoothie

Blend all ingredients except ice until smooth. The quinoa and blueberries can make your drink a little less smooth if you don’t blend them for a minute or two.

Dip your finger in and make sure you feel a smooth texture.

Add ice and blend for 30 seconds or so. Result should be a medium thick smoothie. Over icing it will result in a kinda snow cone type consistency. Avoid that if possible.
